The Houston Area Arcade Group celebrates over two decades of gaming in Space City with the return of the Houston Arcade and Pinball Expo on October 11-13 at the Marriot Westchase. The event enables visitors to relive their arcade memories by showcasing hundreds of classic and current coin-operated pinball machines, video arcade games, penny arcades, and console video games all set to free play.
“The Expo is a collector’s paradise for retro gamers,” said Jef Rouner, a show patron. Visitors can enjoy playing 100’s of classics games such as Space Invaders (1979) and Ms. Pac-Man (1981) to modern games like Dance Dance Revolution (2000), Razing Storm (2008), virtual reality Walkabout Mini Golf (2020) and the 2024 Stern Pinball, Jaws and John Wick machines! Special guests include TIM KITZROW is the iconic voice of your favorite sports franchises — NBA Jam, NFL Blitz, NHL Hitz and MLB Slugfest — and over a dozen classic pinball games, Brian Colin an American video-game designer, artist and animator, best known for Rampage, Arch Rivals and Rampage: World Tour; Brett Weiss, Respected video game historian, journalist, and national columnist.
